Drip Drop Drainpipes - Repositoried

Do you remember this drain pipe set by misty-fluff @ Simulated Situations? If not, it's a nifty set of drain pipes (downspouts?) that add a bit more realism to our simmies houses.

Misty has given me permission to share my edits of that set. I'm also borrowing her screenshot because it's 100x better than mine. :)

Wood For Sims Hanging Pot Racks Edited & Recolored

EDIT: While working on what I wanted to slave from this set (which wouldn't have been any of the furniture), I saw that Hafiseazale slaved the whole set (which does include the furniture). So, if you want to keep all of her edits- and get rid of this little set- so you have the whole set by one creator? Delete my edits.. the recolors will still work though. :)

Amythestfenix recently released her Gingham Kitchen recolors. She used the pot racks from Wood For Sims, which reminded me that I've had those since I first learned about the booty. Which then led me to load up my game to build and decorate for a bit. Well, that lasted all of 5 minutes since I realized that there are 4 pot rack pieces and they all use the same texture. So back to fiddling around with meshes I went.

What you get here is the pot racks from Wood For Sims Big Barn Kitchen slaved- the 1 tile rack [wfs2barnkithangpots1a] is the master and the parts to make an "any size" rack (shown in pic above) are the slaves; and recolors of the milk chum (that's the file name) to match the pot rack recolors I did.

You're here, now I'm sending you somewhere else..

Yep. That's me, I'm mean like that. :)

Creeping Ivy (TS3 to TS2 Conversion)

First off- I apologize in advance for how I'm going to do this post. This set is up at Mod The Sims so I'm just going to show 1 screenshot and link to the post @ MTS. There are a lot of screenshots and a lot of information. Yes, I'm lazy. I go through periods where I can't sleep/sleep well and for the last week the most I've slept a night is 3 hours. I'm tired, very tired. So please forgive me for this lazy, sloppy post.

That's my favorite screenshot and I plan on actually finishing the house I started to plop the ivy on. :)

There are 11 (the original 4 and 7 add-ons) meshes (all with diagonals), a bunch of recolors and if you'd like - you can...
Download from Box

MLC @ tumblr

I finally gave in and decided to actually use my tumblr. I'm not going to quit posting here- my plan is to keep posting bigger sets with meshes and recolors here, and little things there.. like this:

Thanks to Shastakiss and her dislike of the creepy face for the idea. I hope her inner yeti is pleased. :)

The Anywhere Sink - Small Update

Have you ever wanted to be able to put a sink anywhere you want and be able to use it? I have. I had this burning desire to be able to put a sink on a table, end table, desk.. and have it look good and be functional. There is a sink from Exotic Elements that can be placed on a table. While I do love that sink (it's so pretty), the animations are too off for me and the water isn't visible. So here you go:

3-13-2013: Per suggestion by TheNinthWave, I updated the sink. It can be used with the 1/4 tile cheat AND an OMSP and be used on an angle. You can also use boolprop snapobjectstogrid false along with an OMSP. It will still work as it should unless: it's placed to close the the edge of the surface.

If you want the updated sink, please redownload and let the mesh replace the one in your folder. You'll have to rebuy it in game for the changes to take effect if you've already placed one somewhere. :)
